Nisha Koshy joined the firm’s Litigation Department as an associate in 2002 and later became an officer. For more than ten years Ms. Koshy represented clients in complex contract and commercial disputes. After a five-year hiatus, Ms. Koshy returned to Fletcher Tilton where she now practices in the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate departments. She represents clients in the acquisition and sale of commercial properties and corporate businesses, and also works with commercial landlords with their leasing transactions. Her litigation background helps clients to avoid potential litigation through her careful analysis of transaction structure and documents.

Ms. Koshy earned her Bachelor’s degree from Bates College. She received her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law. Ms. Koshy is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. Ms. Koshy is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and American Bar Association. She has been named a three-time Rising Star by Law & Politics Magazine and a three-time Rising Star by Boston magazine. Additionally, she received a Woman of Distinction Award from the Girl Scouts of Montachusett Council. Ms. Koshy is a board member of the Worcester Bravehearts baseball team and of the Holliston Music & Arts Parents Association.
