Tricia L. Koss focuses her practice on transactional matters consisting primarily of Corporate, Acquisitions, Commercial Finance and Real Estate law. Attorney Koss has represented buyers and sellers of businesses, as well as having represented sellers, lenders, borrowers and purchasers in a variety of loan and real estate transactions consisting of both residential and commercial transactions. Attorney Koss also has experience in representing start-up and continuing business enterprises, including entity formations and advising on ongoing operational matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Koss practiced in Western Massachusetts. She joined Fletcher Tilton PC to be a part of the firm’s sophisticated corporate, real estate and M&A Practice.

Tricia L. Koss received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She graduated from Western New England University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 2009. Attorney Koss was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in December 2009 and the Connecticut State Bar in June 2010. She has also been admitted to the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, and the United States Tax Court in 2013.

Attorney Koss is active in the bar, civic and charitable activities. She is currently active as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Holyoke Medical Center and as the chairperson of the Gandara Mental Health Center’s Human Rights Committee. She also serves as a member of the Rays of Hope Steering Committee and is a volunteer for the American Cancer Society. In September of 2023, Attorney Koss will receive a New England Legal Award for Unsung Hero, presented by ALM.com and Law.com recognizing an attorney who has worked behind the scenes on important work. She is also an avid runner and lives in Palmer, Massachusetts with her husband and two daughters.
